The Quoting Process with ZB Construction

We try to keep things as easy as possible for our customers. We recommend scheduling your quote a few months before you would like your project to start as we book out a few months in advance. If you are thinking of starting a project in the fall, we recommend reaching out late spring to schedule your quote.


The first step is to reach out through our contact form to schedule your quote. Once you fill out the contact form, our office manager will reach out to you to schedule a time for our quoter to come to your home to talk about your project and collect all the necessary information to begin your quote.


Once finished at your home, our quoter will head back to the office to put all the information together into a project proposal for you. You should expect a quote back within a week’s time. The quote will include a work detail that includes each individual step of your project, upgrade options depending on the type of project, and an estimated cost.


Once you receive your quote, you can contact us to approve the quote, sign your contract, and pay the required deposit to be put on our schedule. If you have questions about the quote, or want to make changes, we can help with that as well!


Before your project is scheduled to begin, we will take care of all necessary permitting and paperwork. We will reach out to alert you when our team will be showing up for demo or to begin your project. We strive to have excellent communication with our customers and will keep you updated during all phases of the project.
